The steep terrain in which the road is constructed implies that the project include numerous high retaining walls/embedded walls and areas where extensive slope stabilisation is required in very challenging geotechnical conditions 2011-2012 : Project manager for third party review and verification of the 3.2km phase IIA of Western Freeway Sea Link located off the coast at Mumbai in India. 2008-2010: On site project manager for a Danish-Korea team engaged with the construction follow up and the superstructure geometry control for two cable stayed bridges (total spans including approach bridges 1650 and 1850m) in Busan South Korea. 2006-2008: Lead engineer for the design of the concrete substructures for foundation of 5MW wind turbines on deep water in the Belgium sector of the North Sea. After design responsible for the construction follow up supervising the main contractor and his concrete subcontractor on the execution.
