  I was born on a military base in Fairbanks, Alaska to two wonderful US Army Parents. My father was a diesel mechanic on Fort Wainwright and my mother was a supply specialist in the US Army Reserves as well as a full-time stay-at-home mom. When I graduated from High School in small-town Plano, IL, I knew I had a larger calling to serve my country in the US Army like my parents before me. I joined the US Army Reserves as a military police soldier and graduated from basic training in May of 2015. From there, I worked at the local mall as a security officer for almost 2 years, working with local law enforcement gang units, fire departments, and mall patrons to ensure the highest level of safety for customers and associates alike. I left the field to pursue a new career opportunity in sales as a jewelry salesman. I did not like the sales business as much as I thought although I was good at it due to the nature of the type of work. I decided to go back into the security workforce as an Asset Protection Associate for Wal-Mart. I excelled in the field and from there forward I knew that my calling was the security force. Walmart
