I have an integrated approach to treating musculoskeletal dysfunction, poor postural patterning and injuries by incorporating clinical assessment with hands-on treatment and functional strength and home-based exercise programs. Specialties: I have a particular interest in treating lumbo-pelvic pain & dysfunction; functional stability of the hip & pelvis, lower limb (foot/ ankle/ calf/ shin) complaints and also have a strong focus on assessing & treating neural tension disorders, and postural education for optimal performance in sport, work and life.
