The co-ordination and management of communication and presentation materials at an executive level (e.g. briefing notes, report summaries), cultivation and management of key relationships both internal and external. Communicate with Agents and Broker/Owners to bridge gaps between technological procedure and business process. u2022 Contribute concepts and solutions in procedure to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. Collaborate with internal teams on complex problems. Design solutions to problems that may be unstructured and that may require conceptual/creative thinking. u2022 Make recommendations for changes to online infrastructure to improve performance and/or utilization. Working closely with DevTeam: providing agent feedback/suggestions on development, bug fixes and future enhancements. u2022 Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application problems. Liaise directly with vendors or other third-tier resources when escalation is necessary. Coordinate and track vendor response to escalated incidents/problems. Document solutions and recommend root cause fixes u2022 Identify improvement opportunities and root cause fixes to reduce incident frequency. Recommend feature/component enhancement or modification; participate in prioritization of enhancement/remediation opportunities u2022 Manage vendor delivery of small maintenance and enhancement projects, including finalizing scope/expectations, tracking delivery to agreed-upon timelines, and performing acceptance testing. u2022 Working closely with Dev team in coordinating fixes on our sites, providing weekly updates & suggestions on bug fixes, testing in UAT environment future enhancements.
