  I have always been passionate about the automotive aftermarket field. I started in 1984 in a small parts store as a stock clerk, Was hired in 1992 by Auto Palace as an asst. manager. Promoted with in a year to store manager in the Lawrence Ma. location. Spent the next couple years traveling to a variety of locations to train new staff members and stabilize the store. After that i was promoted to set up manager where i went into new stores and was in charge of the Set up crews, Hiring & training new store staff members, Setting up displays, Work with corporate on making sure everything was completed on time and ready for grand opening. Stayed at location for about 6 months and moved to new store to start again. In 1997 Auto Zone purchased Auto Palace and we had a difference of where to concentrate the the automotive aftermarket aftermarket. I left and went to work for Roger's Auto parts. They wanted to open a Performance auto parts store to serve the local area. We opened the store within 4 months and were growing each year. In 2002 the Rogers family sold the performance center and the parts store Big A Autoparts where I managed both stores for one year when Carquest bought out the Big A chain. I went through th Carquest training courses an stayed the manager of the top store in the territory until 2006. In 2006 American Automotive Aftermarket offered a position of sales manager. This was an opportunity to get into a young start up with a solid ownership with a lot of experience & understanding of the automotive field.I have been there ever since working with ownership & my co-workers to help grow the company into one of the best companies in New England for the field of Automotive Aftermarket Parts & Service.
