Worked for NASA from it's inception until 1975 when left NASA and went to US Navy China Lake Ca where was able and required to establish complete Soldering Technology program for US Navy and develop usable soldering specifications and schools for traing contractor instructors in implementation of requirements in an attempt to eleminate so many deviations and exceptions and to improve quality of flight hardware.
