More specifically this entails development of recruitment strategy and process, maintaining a high level of on-campus marketing to appeal, engage, and inform our target audience about current opportunities, efficient pipeline management and assessing and selecting best talent. Maximise sale potential to meet monthly targets. Ensure and maintain strong product knowledge. Use of the till, having a good understanding of Bransom software. Assist the management team with end of day procedures such as cashing off tills and locking up. Create and maintain the in store displays. Help produce and present KPI’s to senior management. Motivate the team by remaining positive and creating incentive boards. Support colleagues when they are in need of assistance.
