  I have studied creative writing at BA joint with English and at MA level. During my BA I produced creative and critical writings in the areas of poetry, fiction and scriptwriting. At MA I continued to study poetry, fiction and playwriting, producing critical writings and focussing on creating a portfolio of poetry. I had a selection of the poetry I wrote during my MA published by the Knives, Forks and Spoons Press as a pamphlet, From Parts Becoming Whole. My critical and creative writing interests lie in areas of innovation and hybridity across all forms. In 2012 I won the Poetry Wales Purple Moose competition and my winning pamphlet, Maps and Love Songs for Mina Loy, is published by Seren. I have worked in collaboration with the poets Patricia Farrell and Robert Sheppard. I am currently undertaking research into voicing in the wor(l)ds of Maggie O’ Sullivan, Bill Griffiths and Geraldine Monk.
