Have 3 years experience as a councilor for Kitselas FN, which gave me good exposure to running a mini-municipality, policy development work, and economic development...so feeling that the nation needs to move a head as a business, and in a different direction, I decided to run for Chief and got elected...all the policies have been developed and accepted, still working on a resource and economic development policy...and several community education meetings are necessary to give information on new economic developments in the region, and what it means to Kitselas...everyday is new and different, and further exposes me to the strengths and weaknesses of our nation, that need to be addressed...and with the region growing as fast as it is, business development is prime!
