Mr. Yeager provided advice on effective management of environmental legal liabilities and litigation arising from involvement in CERCLA and RCRA actions at superfund sites in all phases of remediation, from active removal and remediation to long-term operations and management. Further, Mr. Yeager provided strategic counsel and guidance on effective management of environmental risks in the purchase or sale of contaminated properties, either partially or fully remediated, including the drafting of environmental liability allocation terms and prospective purchaser agreements. In addition to his experience in environmental law, Mr. Yeager provides legal and strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial transactions, from formation to dissolution of Delaware business entities, including commercial transactional documents, supply chain agreements, and internal corporate governance advice to national and multinational corporations.
