QUALIFICATIONS * Must be 18 years of age, US resident and citizen, and able to pass a background check in order to receive financial licensing and certification. * Must have a computer or tablet equipped with ZOOM (all meetings are face to face via ZOOM) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Customer service experience: 3-5 years * People/Relationship building skill sets * Management/Leadership Experience (Sports, Work, School, etc) * Training experience (one on one and/or classroom) * Sales/Marketing experience * Public speaking experience CURRENT OPENINGS - REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE TO CSMM - Minimum of 12hrs per week (20-30 if possible) Successfully complete initial training for licensing and certification Work hand in hand with a trainer to learn our business at your pace Earn at your pace and set your own schedule - CSMM to SENIOR CSMM TRAINER or MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - Minimum of 20hrs per week (30-40 if possible) Complete training for additional licensing and senior certification Work along side our management team in business operations Assist with interviews, on boarding and training Receive additional pay based on performance - FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT to BROKER - Typically after 3 months experience with our Firm Work with our management team to establish your own agency Compete licensing/certification for multi-discipline brokerage Receive personalized coaching through your transition Our management team is incentivized to promote your success *** OUR HIRING PHILOSOPHY *** We think you should get to know us before we get to know you.
