These studies include Traffic Impact Assessments (TIAs), parking, airports, traffic signal, operational analyse, transport modelling, traffic forecasting, road safety, etc. Transport Planning: My expertise in the transport planning field consist of origin-destination studies, strategic infrastructure planning (road and public transport networks), Access Management Plans, Transport Management Plans, Financial/Economic analyses, transport simulation, etc. Public Transport: I have been involved in a number of bus rapid transport planning projects which includes the planning, conceptual design and operations of these systems. These projects also include Non-motorised Transport (NMT) facilities. Project Management: I manage a number of projects within the transportation sector. The PM role is executed externally and internally. External PM responsibilities include management of client expectations, programme, budget, deliverables and quality assurance. I am an accredited AECOM PM who has the required training to manage projects within the company to ensure and manage monthly financial monitoring, resource planning, programme, quality and reporting. Leadership: I am the Transportation Lead for Cape Town who consists of approximately 50 staff members and the Manager of the SP&A Section.
