I am also a Positive Technology advocate who supports the application of psychological principles of wellbeing towards the design, selection and use of digital technologies which foster collective knowledge, positive outcomes, personal growth, community engagement, social connections & wellbeing. Philosophy/Mission I believe that the science & psychology of spirituality, wellbeing, psychedelics & personal transformation have contributed significantly to our understanding of the conditions which lead to both human growth/wellbeing as well as community/social harmony. As someone who has also struggled with the impact of childhood trauma, mental-illness & addiction, I have experienced first-hand the enormous value & healing potential of a spiritual practice, positive & transpersonal psychology as well as psychedelic plant medicines.
