For 3¾ years I have worked in a Japanese company, Hitachi Air Conditioning, where home and industrial appliance air condition equipment were locally manufactured. My experience was mainly in Product Development of Liquid Chillers (air to water and water to water), whose most of its components like heat exchangers was in house produced. Some of the main tasks were: •Development of parts, components, and equipment from the conception, technical design, specification and validation; •Pressure vessel calculation memo; •Benchmarking; •Issue Product manual for System dimensioning, Installation and Operation; •Research and critical analysis of procedures and standards (internal and external) regarding its feasibility and applicability considering the safety, legal e governmental requirements; At Bosch I have been working since 2015 in the Engineering department, responsible for Product Development specially for Heat Pump, where the Bosch Group had acquired Heliotek, a national family business manufacturer of water heating appliances such as solar panels, reservoir and heat pumps. As compliment to most of the former tasks it can be included: •Own product reengineering (application of test, measurements in order to develop the technical specification); •Performing test and results evaluation for validation of new supplier or alternative component. •Actively participation in the Risk Manage-ment (Focus Analysis, FMEA-S/D/P and RMS); •Actively participation in the project of Heat Pump CS3000P; •Strong interdepartmental collaboration; Personal skills I may highlight my easy learning ability and advanced knowledge of MS Excel for optimization, data manipulation and task automation.
