He helped to implement new accounting standards within the Group being IFRS 15 “Revenue recognition”, IFRS 16 “Lease accounting” and IFRS 9 “Financial instruments”. He has significant experience with bond issuances and capital market transactions as well as business combinations and M&A transactions. He worked at EY Estonia and Chile as financial auditor, IFRS expert and financial accounting advisor. Significant experience with IFRS financial accounting and trainings. He also has experience working with US GAAP and SOX rules. Implemented Project Management Office (PMO) at CMPC for administration and finance project, which meant to create the metodology, implement tools and reporting for the Group. Experience in working with multicultural teams, experience in working and living in different countries and receiving people from different countries during his career at EY.
