My current research focuses on utilizing microphysiological assays, systems biology, and omics to create rational and robust in silico models for sepsis targeting the microvascular endothelium, an understudied and crucial tissue. I have acquired skills in rodent surgery, statistical analysis, molecular and cellular biology, and various bioinformatics tools and platforms. I have also published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented my work at national conferences.
