Prior to joining the city, I served as an Information Warfare Commander, Network Operations, Mentor and Trainer at US Navy, and as a Director of Network and Defensive Cyber Operations at US Forces Japan, where I was responsible for managing and advising on networks, communications, and combat systems for various military commands and units. I also have a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies, which enable me to support, mentor, and include a diverse and technology-insecure customer base. My mission is to leverage my IT and military expertise to enhance the city's digital transformation, cybersecurity, and innovation.
