Working in different Counties, Cities, States and people with different cultures I have learned that it doesn't matter what are you doing you have to be the best, have to be open to learn from everybody, have to teach what you know and be humble. Team player not only means to be part of a functional team, when everything its working fine, its also being part of that dysfunctional team and make sure to make it the best, make it stronger, assume your role and work as a team. In all of my jobs I have to apply "Make it work with what you have", this skill have helped me to face any challenge and accomplish all of my goals. Its no such thing as "impossible" it's just that no one have found the solution, there is where I like to work, finding answer/solutions for that issue.
