Montford, who continues to serve as Chairman of the Finance Committee for Southwest Airlines. Our book carried a front-cover Foreword from Herb Kelleher, the legendary co-founder of Southwest Airlines. I earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State College of the University System of New Hampshire, since renamed Plymouth State University. I have been a member of The Human Resources Leadership Forum, the National Association of Corporate Directors, The Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals, and the National Eagle Scout Association. I previously served on the North American Advisory Board of Invenias, a UK-based software company, and also as Chairman of the Board of Selge Holdings & Ventures. I was twice elected to serve one-year terms as President of the Plymouth State College Alumni Association, and have received my alma mater's Alumni Achievement Award as well as its Distinguished Alumni Service Award.
