This same management contested my unemployment claim in the following weeks (I was approved after providing these details and others in a written statement). I have been working for the third non-profit since April 2022 under a program developed with COVID-based funding, and that funding has been discontinued. I am once again at a point where I am uncertain on what lies ahead. I mention this because my resume at a glance looks haphazard and inconsistent; that my career path of continuous improvement and advancement (professionally and personally) will not be evident in that glance it may receive, and with AI algorithms screening applicants before human eyes ever see it, that glance may never materialize. But for my years of experience, progression and leadership, I feel it is important to provide context to this professional's accomplishments. So I am interested in openings (again).
