At the time, both companies presented totally different worlds than Agromán Ferrovial, sporting not only cultural differences, but burdened with such inefficiencies as the absence of control procedures or weak management. I should believe my skills substantially contributed to meeting the objective of implementing cost control systems and making these entities results-oriented -the two key Ferrovial-Agromán characteristics. On top of that I was responsible for restructuring the acquired companies in order to allow them to identify their human resources to further imbed their growth in a reliable and motivated staff. Lastly, it is worth indicating that the driving force behind my career has been my a passion for taking challenges, learning new cultures and lifestyles, for diversity, and for executing unique projects, and that, as of writing, has not diminished at all.
