Having hard copy information scanned and digitised allows for the creation of more usable space within buildings, plus the information can be added to intranet sites, estate management software, and so on so that all people within the company can access it easily and quickly. Documents that would normally sit on shelves, drawing tanks or cupboards once again become useful information and can be used by all. SPATIAL DATA SURVEYS • Collection of information relating to site usage and maintenance. Data collected can range from basic occupancy through to detailed room asset and usage.
