In 1995 I was a senior BUPA advisor dealing with large organizations such as Lloyds and Barclay’s banks, nationwide building societies, Police authorities and Suffolk and Essex county council and the NFU as well as many other large corporates. I was head-hunted by Norwich Union now Aviva to set up new areas of business of which I was very successful. Bringing on board a large client bank. My career path changed when I realized to do justice to my clients, I would need to deal with the whole of the marketplace therefore I used my initiative and established One-to-One UK as the limitation to one company was not ideal for my clients.
