For current employees TSCG offers upskilling and continuous professional development. For recruitment in the near future I work with referrers to attract jobseekers to our pre-employment programmes - which offer qualifications and a guaranteed job interview to people who are currently unemployed. For the medium term I help employers connect with the right young people at TSCG and attract them to their business for work experience, as apprentices or employees. Work experience with employers is a win-win - employers who invest some time with our learners are able to spot the talent coming through and bring them into their organisations. Meanwhile our students are learning real world skills and the work habits that will make them valuable employees in the future. Learners often find their work home through these experiences. Could you engage learners by giving a talk; challenging them with real world projects; attending careers fairs; inviting learners on site tours; offering work experience of 1-2 weeks, or placements of up to 60 days at 1-2 days per week? Could your business take on an apprentice in HR, IT, Customer Service or Business Admin?
