Julie Simek’s Expertise Throughout my life I've always drifted towards housing, housing needs, architecture and an overall love for real estate. I never thought it would be a career choice for me as I also enjoyed teaching. After seven years of teaching in public education and as an employee with UW-Extension I decided to get my real estate license and "dabble" in real estate. After six months I realized "dabbling" wasn't an option anymore with the overwhelming response from buyers and sellers in the Neillsville and surrounding areas. I quit my position as Family Living Agent with UW-Extension and started working full time in real estate. Currently my business partner and I average 140 transactions a year. The last few years we have achieved First Weber's "Emerald" and “Ruby” Circle Awards as well as "Quality of Service" awards. Working in a rural area, I have to have knowledge in all aspects of real estate. I handle residential, land and commercial sales and listings. I particularly enjoy working with new home buyers and helping to educate them through the buying process.
