After about a year as an analyst, I had the privilege of joining the leadership team as a supervisor, and spent four years in that role, across different teams. I got to spend much of my time identifying and implementing process improvement measures for our department. In March 2019 I joined the Esurance Compliance department, where I get to work with teams on control testing and validation, risk assessment, complaint management metrics, audits, regulatory compliance, and more. I am also (finally!) getting an opportunity to learn more about the claims side of the insurance business. Always looking for the chance to make my next mark in my career, and in the world.
