Lots of new technologies like Micro-Service, AngularJS, Bootstrap, MongoDB, etc need to be ramp-up as soon as possible, we identify the individual trainer plus outside training, and split employee to 3 teams (platform, UI, Apps), and then give different training. With this, the new members can take the training and coding parallel. Before join HPSW, he worked as Solution Architect and Project Leader in GDCC-CME from 2007, and builds a SDP solution in service enablement (telecom domain), and know telecom protocol, such as SMS, MMS, etc. SDP will use the OCSG to apply the complex control policy to telecom Gateway.
