  I have worked in different areas throughout my life. I consider myself a „socially sensitive“ person and studied social work, and I also worked in this field after graduating from university. First as a tutor in a foster home and after that for more than two years worked on several development projects in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, and Burundi). Then I worked at the international non-governmental organization Habitat for Humanity and was responsible for its volunteer programs in the regions of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In the field of international development cooperation and global education, I also collaborated with several organizations and institutions in Slovakia (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs, Pontis Foundation, Platform of Non-Governmental Development Organizations, Partners for Democratic Change Slovakia, Slovak Center for Communication and Development) and abroad (Global Education Network of Young Europeans from Berlin, Horizont 3000 from Vienna, Kimmage Development Studies Center from Dublin, Royal Tropical Institute from Amsterdam). I also worked as an external lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy (at Comenius University in Bratislava) and the Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation (SlovakAid).
