Following the ACCO's retirement at OMB, Justin was quickly promoted to become the Agency Chief Contracting Officer for OMB spearheading all procurements for the agency. Additionally, Justin was appointed as the Contracting Officer for the NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority, NYC Transitional Finance Authority, Hudson Yards Infrastructure Corporation, and TSASC, Inc. tracking and managing all the contracts for these Authorities and Corporations.
