Experience in managing end-to-end HR Digital projects, including market scan/analysis, RFI/RFP/contract management, Pilot, and scaling to Production. Deep understanding of the HR Technology landscape (recently did a deep review of TA Technologies (CRM, ATS), and emerging Technologies like Talent Marketplace (around 20 start-ups) or Coding Skills Assessment). Possesses strong expertise in HR reporting & analytics operating model implementation and delivery (D&I, Turn-over, etc..). Led and empowered Technology and analytics virtual teams for more than 5 years. Recently moved to the Business to drive the Data Governance agenda and enable our Business Data Strategy.
