This has been a role that was offered to me after assisting the newly built team at the beginning of the pandemic while doing my primary role as GSOC lead supervisor. I assisted for over a year on a daily basis while in my primary role and during my days off in this period as it was a time that was unique and i was needed to assist. This has been an amazing step in my career and i have utilised my customer service skills among other experiences from corporate security to my new role while recieveing constant praise for my assistance in ensuring everything that is required to assist the team is done. I am a novice currently in this role but that has not stopped me from learning and doing whatever i can to help the team in all areas of my role. Before starting my present role i had a 14 year career in corporate security that included roles in following order: security officer, supervisor, site manager and then starting again at a new company as a security officer on behalf of Worldpay. I then worked my way into proving myself at Worldpay over 3 years to get a newly created GSOC Lead Supervisor role working. This role contained managing primary site that evolved from a 4 member team to 14 members, creating over 50 SOP's to ensure all aspects of KPI's are achieved, and assisting teams across the world. I strive to be the best at what I do and work with all people/teams involved as working by yourself and not working with others is what can be missed in a team environment which can then lead to failures. This ethos has led me to meeting some great people throughout my career who i hope to have made a impact on in one way or another.
