Responsibilities: • Supporting Global HR calendar and process optimization • Responsible for Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy • Responsible for recruitment process in MCI HQ • Responsible for MCI Group Travel Policy • Introducing and coordinating new maternity policy across all locations • Designing and maintaining MCI Global HR website • Providing administrative and office support to CEO of Maersk Container Industry; including preparing agendas and minutes of Senior Management meetings. Group Talent Management and Group Leadership Development are placed in the Headquarters HR in Copenhagen and the teams are responsible for e.g. Leadership Development, People Performance Management, Talent Management, Diversity Management, Employer Branding and Engagement Survey. Group Talent Management and Group Leadership Development work with all business leaders across The Maersk Group, and both teams are responsible for the direction and quality of the global human resource organization, working directly with the heads of human resources in each business unit. Responsibilities: • Assisting with Hogan Assessments and Learning Agility Assessments • Assisting with Leading Leaders and Leading Others workshops • Developed a Mentoring Programme for new graduates in Maersk • Hosting and branding Well-being Week for Maersk Employees • Designing and maintaining the first Student Handbook • Designing and maintaining internal Group HR websites • Preparing materials for conferences and coordinating presentations. Manning Office Scandinavia Team is working across three Business Units where they are responsible for handling HR issues for Danish seafarers, e.g. recruitment, retention, welfare, documentation and administration. Responsibilities: • Assisting with handling of illness among Seafarers such as receiving and registration of sick leave and reporting and follow up on sick leave • Maintaining data in the system • Registration and notification of work accidents • Application for reimbursements of Danish Maritime Administration and Local authorities. Responsibilities: • Identification of agency needs and candidate profiles together with customers • Recruitment and general contact with customers and tempts • Job interviews and evaluation of the Danish or English speaking candidates • Following-up applications to ensure feedback is received by candidates • Answering the emergency phone and making work schedules.
