Role details: • Organising all shipments in line with company requirements • Suggesting ideal mode of transport and booking of transport on a briefing basis • Preparing transport quotations based on requested conditions • Timely delivery (products delivered to various global destinations on time) • Prepare transport and customs documents fo export and import • Overview of shipments from warehouse to client - communication to teams, forwardes and clients • Troubleshoot and develop solutions to unexpected challenges • Solve any claims to the client's full satisfaction • Provide revenues report when requested • Cooperation with other logistics department in other countries • Daily work with ERP system Infor M3 - creating of purchase orders, approval before invoicing, keeping necessary information on all shipments in the system. Role details: • Responsibility for all warehouse operations including warehousing, goods receipt, invoicing of goods in ERP system (SAP B1) • Co-operations with customers service as part of logistics department • Supervising over yearly inventory and resposibility for inventory reports and the final state of stock • Preparation of required reports for management and supporting them on daily bases • Supervising over external storage house • SPOC between warehouses and internal process improvement where necessary for system and data integration • Optimization of transport costs • Supporting sales and service department in logistics activities.
