In her current role as Director, Event Experience & Internal Communications for Charter’s Product & Technology (P&T) Organization, she is responsible for Reward, Recognition, and Community Building initiatives; annual: multi-day destination events, Executive Leadership Meetings, Town Hall events; and Internal and Executive Communications for the 8,000-FTE P&T org. In 2023, she was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers as one of the youngest ever. In 2020, she was named the first Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center Shining Star. In 2018, she was named WICT Chapter Advisor of the Year across all 24 International Chapters. In 2016, Keely was awarded the DU Alumni Achievement Award, and was named WICT Chapter Leader of the Year. In 2015, she was a Multichannel News Rising Star. In 2012, she was honored as a WICT Rocky Mountain (RM) Woman to Watch, and was named the 2011 WICT Chapter Volunteer of the Year. In 2009, Keely was one of CableFAX's 30 Women Under 30 on the Rise. She also earned multiple nominations & wins for Time Warner Cable’s Mission & Values Performance program, going to Puerto Rico as a company-wide winner in 2006. Keely created 2 custom courses for Charter’s Technology Org in 2017: Executive Communication & Presentations, and Executive Reporting. Keely holds AMA Certifications in Management Excellence and Leadership Excellence, and completed Langevin Learning's Training Manager Specialty Certification. 2024 is her 8th year as Chapter Advisor for the WICT RM Board of Directors. She served as VP for 2 years and Director, Board Ops for 6 years before that. She was selected for the inaugural WICT Emerging Leader Board in 2009 and established the WICT RM HS and College student outreach programs, as well as its Strategic Partnerships initiative. She sits on the Advisory Council for Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center and the Board of the Forgotten Adoption Option. Keely earned a BA in Digital Media Studies from DU, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with Departmental Honors. She is working towards a Master's Degree from her Alma Mater. Keely lives in Denver with her sons, co-runs a nonprofit that helps CO parents find best fit schools, and supports: REVEL, CPR, RM PBS, The Denver Hospice, Foster Love, and Planned Parenthood.
