In Business Custom Capital, Kelly successfully launched a business credit card having created the marketing plan for a new business credit card with a market assessment, a SWOT, product positioning, messaging and go to market strategy. Academically, she holds an MBA with a Marketing focus from SFSU and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Journalism from USF. She's earned both UX Accreditation from the Nielsen Norman Group with courses on Discovery, Workshop facilitation, Journey Mapping, Omnichannel Experiences and CX Transformation and is a Certified SAFE(R) 5.1 Agile Product Manager.
