  I have a background in leadership, public speaking, technical/process writing, that I've been more than excited to explore it's applications in the hospitality world. While my position on the neurodivergency spectrum means I can technically say I'm a polymath, I'm not a great one - that would require a better attention span and better understanding of math! As Department Coordinator with Collins Lake Resort, I've been deeply involved with helping summer youth & young adult ski camps or professional training groups get lodging for their time at Timberline, which has required not just a deep understanding of our vacation properties but also specific needs of athletic training camps. I have consulted with resort properties both in Government Camp & Madras in regards to operations, process changes & improvements, identifying communication issues between departments. My current duties also include caring for our training documentation, which spans multiple software & integration services, documentation of our current policies, and more. I think for too long, people in customer service have let their personalities diminish, resulting in a sterile expectation of cookie-cutter conversations.
