Ken was a formative member of the Queensland Rail Network Access Unit, later to become the Network Access Group, and has extensive experience with Project Development, Project Delivery, Project Management, Rail Operations Planning and Assessment, Asset Valuation (DORC/ORC), Due Diligence, Railway Accreditation, Competition policy, Risk assessment and management, Business feasibility, and performance assessment.
