Then, I started a podcast, “Messy Christian Mamas," with two dear friends about navigating this complex world for ourselves and our kids as progressive Christian mothers. Our podcast is available on Spotify and YouTube. I love these creative projects, but continued to seek my purpose through prayer, fasting, and Bible study. I also found myself stuck in a rut with my fitness journey. One day, as I hopped onto my Peloton, I sought deeper inspiration using a soundtrack of worship music. That day changed it all. I began to have a Holy Spirit-powered experience that pushed me physically and brought me to tears. It was like nothing I had experienced before. Using that day as a catalyst, God drove me to create a full-body worship experience combining aerobics and worship called The Worship Workout. Today, I teach high-impact and low-impact aerobics classes to adults of all ages, focusing on worship while continuing my other ministry projects.
