This approach includes evidence-based methods related to CBT, DBT, and MI, to name a few. I take an interest in assisting clients as they manage anxiety, depression, trauma processing, grief, ADHD, and life stage stressors. As this work is highly rewarding, I look forward to a lifetime of learning to positively impact the field. Although I am open to a variety of populations, most of my experience involves counseling adults and college students. Specific ages range from 18-55 years old, and I have interest in senior populations. Additionally, I have experience in early childhood development with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. My passion, creativity, and achievements thus far indicate great potential in this field. Currently, my leading strength is establishing comfort and trust within the therapeutic alliance.
