  I am an enthusiastic, agile, and collaborative young professional with experience in customer facing project management, technical implementation/advisory, and supply chain management roles within the fintech and banking spheres. In addition, I acted as a daily customer facing resource for live card programs to ensure their operational needs were met (file transmission issues, re-ordering of assets to ensure continuity of operations, etc.). In tandem, I handled both domestic and intl. customer expansion initiatives, debuting new products in new markets. This required a clear understanding of the firm's API stack, and a targeted understanding of the card-fulfillment micro-service. All of this never have succeeded without a tremendous village, both internally and externally, who all collectively showed up and made it happen daily. I'm proud of what we accomplished together.
