It became very successful and within a few years we had expanded the group 5 times the size and began covering an entire state. I was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations as well as the budget to continue the growth and production of the group. I was also responsible for holding quarterly and annual safety meetings to help educate the group in the importance of Safety in the field, behind the wheel, as well as in their own home lives. I am please to say that the group was able to make it an entire year without any OSHA recordable incidents or accidents.
