  When I was a baby, my parents said that I liked to squint a lot. The kind of squint when someone is thinking really hard about something. I reveled in solving complex problems, utilising my programming skills and systems networking knowledge to design working systems. It's very satisfying being able to see a live website or a skyscraper and say 'I built that!'. My curiosity also then led me to an interest in business, as I learned that great things can be achieved when people work together towards a common goal, and that's what companies are. I attempted to create my own business and had worked as a business consultant. I yearned to understand how businesses operate and apply my skills to the everly complex operational systems of businesses. So far, I have gained skills & knowledge in process design, operating model design, change management, risk management, lean & agile concepts, and data analytics.
