  Never thought I'd pivot from a corporate career to an award-winning author. Why? Because, I never thought I'd have something to write about until after January 9, 2018. It is my hope that it helps and inspires others and lands in the hands of whomever needs it the most. We also, just launched the audible version with my daughter reading her part about being buried alive six hours until her miraculous rescue. True story about resilience and will to survive (Amazon). Sr. Director Marketing Communication and Strategy I was very fortunate to be part of the NeoTract/Teleflex Interventional Urology team and helping to lead the marketing and communication strategy for UroLift. This team, ‘walked the walk’, and ‘talked the talk’ as exemplary examples of leadership and human compassion. I experienced this first-hand, with the Montecito Mudslide tragedy 1/9/18 how supportive and caring Leadership and every employee was to my daughter and me. It was because of this incredible technology, corporate culture and people, that I transitioned from my successful consulting firm in 2017 to work full time for NeoTract Teleflex Interventional Urology.
