Kimberly Chace’s Expertise I have been actively involved in Aquatics for 35 years.I am taking new clients of all ages wishing to learn to swim,prep for swim teams(including High School) and work with triathletes needing help with the swimming portion.I have never not been able to teach someone as I will exhaust all methods and even non-conventional ones to get you to become a swimmer.I'm an avid swimmer so I "walk the walk". Specialties: People wanting to lose weight or target areas to tone and strengthen body.If you are dedicated-I guarantee results.Also,getting over injury/surgery-the water is a great place to exercise without increasing your pain.I'm enthusiastic and a great motivator!I specialize with adults who had a near drowning experience-as well as those very afraid of the water.I work well with anyone afraid to submerge their face-%100 guaranteed success.I include water safety for all ages as an acting lifeguard this is an innate trait.I've been fortunate to watch this sport change throughout the years,but if there is water and someone willing to learn...that has been the same forever!
