This approach certainly helped throughout my career in the building industry as I took on new positions and learned daily how to succeed and build relationships with builders, architects, and customers. The importance and recognition of internal and external customers are vital to the success for anyone or any business. As they say, we are what we repeatedly do, and encouraging and building up others provides great opportunities to build a great company.
