  When I was given my current position, I was told that it was specifically due to my ability to turn employee morale around. Whether working with our IT section on making adjustments and suggestions for improvement with our online capabilities, or working with staff directly to see how we can worker smarter for our customers, I love what I do. I especially love that I get to work with people that share my view of the importance of a good work/life balance who know that I will support both their families and values. My employees know that I will never do something simply for my own, personal benefit and that honesty allows me to often bridge many gaps that others may have struggled with previously.
