Over the next 2 yrs I sold and delivered multiple development and maintenance projects worth more than 100m Continuing the journey and my desire to experience life in all its depth, I relocated to UK in 2013 and took up a new challenge: implementation of the core SAP solution across Europe and ongoing maintenance for 5 years at an international beverage company. The project delivered more than 35% cost savings with very good feedback from the customer. My next role was head of delivery for a large Swedish Bank and I moved to Sweden for about six months and delivered a very successful project to develop a transformation plan for the bank. During the time I spent in US, UK & Sweden I could build some very good relationship with customers. This helped me in developing my account management skills which opened a new opportunity at a leading Insurance major in western Europe. A good win followed by a successful delivery of this multi-tower program viz new gen services like Dev Ops, cloud, data and traditional services like Application Development Maintenance, infrastructure, and helpdesk delivered from multiple European locations & India As a practitioner and teacher of meditation techniques, in organizational context, I strive to promote a climate free of negativities that exhibits the characteristics of genuine respect and co-operation.
