  I'm working in Synopsys as senior software engineer. I received my PhD at National Chiao Tung University (Taiwan) in March 2019. My research interest includes semiconductor devices modeling, FET biosensor, Silicon Nanowire Field-Effect Transistors (SiNWFETs), Tunnel Field-Effect Transistor (TFET), Circuit Simulation, Device Reliability and Microfluidics. During master's degree, I improved a new algorithm for floating island simulation by reducing 80% computational cost while maintaining high numerical accuracy. During PhD degree, I proposed a biomolecules collecting system to overcome the physical limit of biosensor. According to the simulation, this method increases biosensor sensitivity by 4 times and detection speed by 24 times. I am also an co-author of biosensor controlling method patent. The multi-physics in-house simulator that I developed for this FET biosensor and biomolecules collecting system is open on GitHub. (see projects and publications) Since Nov. 2017, I visited University of Tsukuba to study molecular biology. We use mRNA display technique (RaPID system) to develop macrocyclic peptides and affibody molecules for biosensors receptors and potential new drugs. Our group have successfully developed several affibody molecules which could be a great candidates for drug discovery.
