  Good day, I am Lesego Ndema, a 32 year-old IT graduate from Damelin Menlyn College. I completed my studies in 2013 and have been fortunate enough to have been working at AE Solutions Software since February 2014. I started working at AE Solutions Software as an ICT intern and advanced to network/VoIP technician. My responsibilities as an ICT technician were centered on network maintenance and unified communications, where I was often required to travel to the datacenters to install, repair, update, hardware and software systems. Another sector I covered was the datacenters, where I have to keep Visio diagrams updated, and cleanliness to be kept in rack and capture all the info about the devices in our racks. In 2016 I started working at TYME Digital as a consultant for AE Solutions Software and that’s where I became more familiar with VoIP. My daily health checks were for all users to have a functional telephony base and to make sure we have a solid SIP with our service providers. My reason for interest in your organization is that, I am looking to join a team that faces more challenges. But more than that, I know that one of your missions is to uphold a high, advanced and efficiently functioning Technological System in order to meet client requirements.
