  I'm a hardworking individual who loves anything creative. I've self-taught myself how to draw over the years since I was a child and incorporated this into what I would like to do in my future job. Therefore giving me skills such as time management, being organised, face to face and over the phone communication with customers, whilst also approaching any complaints in a calm professional manner that always got resolved so that the customer was happy. Overall giving me a calm and practical leadership that would be helpful in settings that are seen as overwhelming and busy. Furthermore, I'm currently doing a junior content producer apprenticeship which has taught me a great deal so far with getting involved in multiple projects that have taken me out of my comfort zone, such as, creating videos for the company when they usually hire, learning code (HTML5, CSS and basic JavaScript), how to produce content and how to research it by using different platforms (google trends, google ads, Buzzsumo etc.), maintaining a website with a team, the SEO side of the website and lots more.
